PRICING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Structure: Diagnostic engagements require 100% payment upfront. Implementation projects require 50% deposit with remainder due at project midpoint. Retainers are billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.
Scope Modifications: Pricing is based on defined scope in Statement of Work. Additional services outside original scope will be quoted separately and require written authorization.
Expenses: Pricing does not include travel, accommodation, or third-party software costs. Such expenses require pre-approval and are billed at cost.
Cancellation: Subject to Refund Policy. Diagnostic engagements are non-refundable once work begins. Implementation projects follow milestone-based refund terms. Retainers require 30-day written cancellation notice.
Custom Engagements: Organizations with unique requirements may request custom proposals. Minimum engagement value: $5,000.
